In January 2018, the Ministry of Education announced the acceptance results of the first batch of educational informatization pilot projects. A total of 27 undergraduate universities were selected. As the only private university in the list and the only undergraduate university in Shaanxi Province, our university, together with Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University and Fudan University, was selected.

The Ministry of Education fully affirmed the excellent pilot units of informatization, and believed that the excellent pilot units had taken the initiative, actively invested, innovated the mechanism, solid practice, and achieved remarkable results. Many advanced experiences and typical models were learned and used for reference by all parts of the country through on-site meetings, training classes, brochures and other platforms, and the radiation effect was prominent.

At the same time, all pilot units are required to further deepen the application, innovate constantly, and continue to lead the development of education informatization, so as to provide strong support for accelerating the modernization of education.

In June 2012, our school was approved as a national education informatization pilot unit, and the project is "exploration of education and teaching mode reform under informatization conditions". Since the start of the pilot work, the university has always adhered to the goal of building a "learner centered teaching comprehensive management platform, a network teaching platform to support the teaching center of excellence, and an information based support platform for the organization, management and service of colleges and universities", actively exploring new ways to improve the quality of talent training, and steadily promoting the pilot work, Promote six changes in school business: the teaching mode changes from traditional classroom to mixed teaching based on flipped classroom; The learning style has changed from single classroom learning to social learning; The assessment method has changed from the result assessment to the teaching process assessment; Informatization construction has changed from independent construction of business units to centralized construction of information departments; The construction process has changed from project implementation to the whole process of business consultation+implementation+promotion; The informatization evaluation index has changed from emphasizing investment to service matching. In 2016, it was awarded provincial excellence and recommended national excellence to the Ministry of Education.

In June 2017, the Ministry of Education organized experts to conduct spot check and acceptance of the first batch of national education informatization pilot units undertaken by our province. The expert group spoke highly of the school's informatization construction, and believed that our school's idea of running a school has an international vision. It is very important to incorporate informatization into the school's strategy. Effective mechanism guarantee has also been formed in the construction of organizational system. It is very forward-looking in the transformation of physical learning space, the construction of digital resource environment, and the informatization experience of teachers and students, and is in a leading position in the industry. At the same time, the expert group encouraged our school to continue to play a role in promoting education and teaching reform through informatization, explore the construction of a social learning platform, create a "virtual Eurasia", establish personalized and differentiated learning channels for students, support students' multi-dimensional development, refine and sublimate the application mode of technological innovation, form applications and promote them to the outside world, and promote the overall level of higher education informatization.

At the same time, the informatization pilot case of our school, Xi'an Eurasian University - Exploration on the Application of Big Data Analysis to Precision Teaching and Management, has been selected as one of the national outstanding pilot cases to further promote demonstration nationwide.
