In March 2021, the School of Business Administration (SBA) was established based on the former School of Leisure Management and the former School of Logistics and Trade. As one of the important branches of the whole business department of Xi'an Eurasia University, SBA hopes, using ten years of efforts, to become a college with distinctive talent training characteristics among the national application-oriented universities and unique advantages in serving the development of regional SMEs. SBA carries out continuous innovation and reform around the new round of business innovation, orienting towards the digital age and focusing on the modern service industry. SBA is committed to integrating advanced information technology, management technology, and statistical methods into talent cultivation. Adhering to an open mind, SBA cooperates with academia and industry to provide intellectual services for regional SMEs and cultivate high-quality international application-oriented talents for society.

SBA has a team of teachers with reasonable age, educational background, and professional title structure, with more than 170 faculty members and 156 full-time teachers. The proportion of full-time teachers with intermediate and senior professional titles is more than 40%, that of dual-qualified teachers is more than 60%, and that of teachers with overseas backgrounds is more than 25%. SBA has one Shaanxi model worker, one Shaanxi famous teacher, and one Shaanxi model teacher.
