In order to implement xi’an municipal party committee and municipal

government’s “talent population” strategy and to speed up the pace of

constructing an international metropolis, based on the requirement of “talent

population” from xi’an city bureau, on March 7, at 11:00 am, “household

registration policy coming to the university and more prosperous settlement in

xi’an” propaganda was held on campus in the college students’ activity center

south square. This propaganda was held by security service center, xi’an police

station security bureau, department of personnel, student center, admission

office as well as community faculty amount to 400 people.
