[Industry University Cooperation] Join hands with Google to continue a new chapter of cross-border e-commerce -- On the official signing of Google Xi'an Experience Center by the School of Logistics and Trade of our school
2018-02-05

Recently, Zhao Junjing, dean of the School of Logistics and Trade of our school, and a delegation of four visited the headquarters of Yeahmobi in the High tech Zone Software Park and Google Xi'an Experience Center. In the morning sun, Yeahmobi headquarters stands next to Alibaba's Silk Road headquarters and Samsung's Xi'an branch, which is particularly damp and vigorous. At the same time, the School of Logistics and Trade officially signed a contract with Google Xi'an Experience Center, officially becoming the "Google AdWords Practice Training Base" of Google Xi'an Experience Center.

Shock: This is a fast growing Internet technology company

Yeahmobi was established in 2011, and became the only benchmark for outbound services interviewed by CCTV News in 2015. In 2016, it was listed on the New Third Board, authorized by Google's partners in the northwest region, and Google Xi'an Experience Center opened in the same year; In 2017, it was rated as one of the top ten excellent service providers in the cross-border e-commerce industry, and was awarded the title of high-quality advertising partner of Facebook in China.

Andy, co-founder of Yeahmobi, introduced that as a benchmark enterprise in the field of mobile outbound and cross-border e-commerce, Yeahmobi has embarked on the "high-speed channel" of development, and the demand for cross-border talents is becoming more and more urgent. He hopes to train more outstanding talents in cross-border industry through joint efforts of both schools and enterprises, on the one hand, to meet the talent demand of Yeahmobi's own development, On the other hand, it also provides a continuous stream of "fresh blood" for Xi'an's local cross-border industries to achieve another brilliant start of the "the Belt and Road" Silk Road.

I WANT YOU: Yeahmobi's cross-border e-commerce talent structure

Wang Dongqing, the person in charge of Google Xi'an Experience Center and the general manager of Xi'an Yichu Chengniu Network Technology Co., Ltd., introduced that, with the continuous development and growth of Yeahmobi's overseas business, there is an urgent demand for cross-border talents, covering a wide range of areas, starting from the "domestic selection" at the beginning of the cross-border goods trade supply chain, covering multiple modules such as "professional artists", "overseas promotion", "multinational translation" and "international customer service".

This cooperation with the School of Logistics and Trade of our university hopes to connect with relevant majors of the university, jointly cultivate cross-border e-commerce talents, connect supply and demand, and meet the needs of the industry.

Diagnosis: I know your "pain"

In the early stage of cooperation, relevant teachers in the curriculum center of the School of Logistics and Trade conducted a survey and analysis of nearly 100 cross-border import and export enterprises in Xi'an through questionnaires. According to the results of the data, they learned about the pain points in the international marketing process of local cross-border enterprises. For example, when asked the question of enterprises, "What aspects of improvement will have a significant positive impact on exports", Only 50% of enterprises choose to increase Google's advertising budget. When asked "Are you interested in Google promotion, Google products, Facebook and other SNS marketing?", most enterprises choose to be very interested, but lack of relevant talents.
