Introduction to Award-winning Projects
North e Teaching Building: This is an old building renovation project, which focuses not only on changing the internal and external appearance of the North e Teaching Buildings, but also on rearranging the space from each user's perspective by studying their behaviors, adopting innovative and integrated approaches and aesthetic effects to endow the building with user-friendly traits and give full play to its advantages of cultivating talent in a better environment. Its space with more functions and reforms that adapt to the needs of current education and teaching can meet the development of the School of Humanities and Education and provide faculty and students with a comfortable teaching and learning environment.

Hongqiao Garden: Hongqiao Garden is a brand-new bridge connecting the past and future of campus construction; it is an education bridge of concepts, empowering creative space in learning, melting the old into the new, and promoting the concept of "to teach is to learn". The project is located in the center of three areas, namely student accommodation, catering, and community service. It is an important transportation hub connecting teachers and students for study and life. It aims to create an immersive garden and creative space to enhance the happiness and experience of teachers and students and provide an intertwined, connective, and creative space for teaching and living.

Hongqiao Learning Center: The mission of the Hongqiao Learning Center is to inject a sense of happiness into teachers' and students' dining and life as well as campus lifestyle by emphasizing the experience of using space, how to effectively use the restaurants, and whether there are more possibilities. Hongqiao Learning Center is another renovation project of Xi'an Eurasia University that follows the "Student-centered" project and two phases of the "Living Room Project". It aims to create a compound multifunctional life experience space integrating catering, business, learning and discussion, interactive leisure, exhibition, and display on the west campus. It is also a comprehensive place where Xi'an Eurasia University upholds the concept of living in a high-quality educational environment and integrates informal learning spaces and life services. The project renovation has made the campus life of teachers and students much more convenient and happy.

South Campus Design and Media Center: This project is a space prepared for the School of Art and Design and the School of Culture & Communication. It reflects the realization and behavior guidance of design teaching concepts in the space and injects fresh vitality into design education. The space design of the center is intended to pursue the infinite possibilities of the space, embody the "student-centered" concept, showcase educational behavior as a testing ground and exhibition base, and make the center a brand new resource integration center of the university. The center, with its open space and inclusive attitude toward university-enterprise cooperation, actively introduces talent, technologies, and R&D resources needed for the development of design education. It also offers software and hardware support for discipline and interdisciplinary integration to promote the development of creativity-related arts majors in the Eurasia Art and Design School and the School of Culture & Media and provides teachers and students with a platform to incubate innovative products and export value in creative industries.

Introduction to AEEDA
AEEDA is the only regional award for educational and environmental design in Asia at present. It was proposed and launched by the Beijing Architectural Culture Exchange Center of China-Foreign Friendship Association in October 2022 on the basis of holding 9 international forums on educational facility design (6 sessions for primary and secondary schools, 1 session for higher and vocational education, and 2 sessions for preschool education). It solicits campus architectural works on preschool education, basic education, vocational, and higher education in Asia. It is committed to becoming a special award for regional education architecture that integrates professionalism, authority, and outstanding influence. The members of the jury are well-known and authoritative experts from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and overseas regions such as Japan, Singapore, India, Australia, and the United States. Their majors cover a wide range of disciplines such as architectural design, interior design, pedagogy, psychology, and ergonomics. They can objectively and fairly evaluate the entries from multiple perspectives.

AEEDA is intended to recognize projects, groups, enterprises, and individuals in the region that have influenced and driven educational environment improvement, facility upgrading, and learning space innovation. Through rigorous procedures and high-quality selection criteria, innovative and demonstrative projects, outstanding people and enterprises, as well as high-quality equipment and technologies are identified to promote the continuous upgrading of educational facilities to adapt to future changes in education and learning methods.
