Students from the School of Information Engineering of Xi'an Eurasia University Win Awards in the National Competition

On September 9, 2023, the national final of the 2023 "China Collegiate Computing Contest — Network Technology Challenge" was successfully concluded in Wenzhou. After fierce competition, the IoT engineering major team from the School of Information Engineering of Xi'an Eurasia University finally won two national third prizes.

"China Collegiate Computing Contest — Network Technology Challenge" is often referred to as "C4 — Network Technology Challenge". It is one of the series competitions of the "China Collegiate Computing Contest" and is hosted by the Computer Education Research Association of Chinese Universities. The competition is one of the Class A events on the "National College Student Competition List" issued by the Ministry of Education. With the purpose of "adapting to new changes, stimulating innovation, selecting talents, and helping industries", the competition aims to adapt to the rapid development of network technology and applications, meet the economic and social needs for talents, and contribute to the construction of a nation strong in cyber technology.

The competition kicked off in February, attracting 11,561 undergraduate and graduate students from 390 universities, a total of 2,430 teams. It represented the highest level of innovation and entrepreneurship in the computer field among college students nationwide. After a series of qualifying and selection rounds, students from various higher education institutions including the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, the National University of Defense Technology, Northeastern University, and the School of Information Engineering of Hangzhou Dianzi University entered the final stage.

With "university-enterprise integration" and "internationalization" as its features, the School of Information Engineering faces the future development of science, technology, and industry, builds a new engineering education and training platform that is interdisciplinary and open to all, guided by the employment standards of first-class enterprises in the information communication technology industry.


The School of Information Engineering has set up studios focusing on different directions to cultivate students' practical and innovative abilities, organize and guide students to participate in various scientific research projects and discipline competitions, and encourage students to continuously improve their professional quality and strengthen practical exploration by participating in discipline competitions. The school pays attention to the cultivation of new engineering talents and curriculum system reform, vigorously promotes the deep integration of industry and education, and facilitates the cultivation of applied talents.
