Founded in 1992 and affiliated to Swiss Education Group (SEG), Swiss Hotel Management School (SHMS) is the largest and most prestigious hotel management university in Switzerland, and the only one there that was formerly a five-star hotel, with more than 2,500 international students from more than 80 countries. 

The school offers a three-year undergraduate and master's education. It adopts the teaching mode of 6-month theoretical learning and 6-month paid internship.Students can choose from Switzerland, the United States, Australia, Dubai and other countries as their internship locations to broaden their horizons and appreciate the customs of different countries and people there.SHMS is also accredited by Association Suisse des Ecoles Hôtelières America Hotel & Lodging Association(AH&LA), the world's largest hotel association, ensuring its excellent teaching quality and first-class faculty.

SHMS's trainees and graduates are highly sought after by star hotels around the world, and are widely employed by Hilton, Westin, Marriott, Four Seasons, Peninsula Hotel, Ritz-Carlton and other international brands.       

The two campuses of SHMS are located in Caux and Leysin (near Lake Geneva), both of which are stunning resorts. Campus Caux, formerly known as a century-old five-star hotel CAUX-PALACE, enjoys beautiful surroundings and overlooks the whole Lake Geneva and Montreux. Campus Leysin is a famous ski resort in Switzerland, with novel and well-equipped facilities. The two buildings there are connected by school free trains.

SHMS offers bachelor's and master's degree courses, as well as advanced diploma and postgraduate diploma courses. In addition to an excellent international learning environment, students must take elective French, German or Spanish to strengthen their foreign language skills and lay a solid foundation for their high-flying career.
