The London School of Economics and Political Science (LES), founded in London, England, in 1895, is a world-renowned top public research-oriented university. It is a member of the University of London Union, a member of the Russell Group, a Golden Triangle, and a G5 super elite.

LSE offers a total of 20 majors. According to the QS World University Rankings, LSE ranks among the top five in the world in 11 disciplines such as politics, economics, finance, society, media, history, geography, and public policy. According to the QS World University Rankings 2013-2020, LSE has ranked second in the world for eight consecutive years in the fields of social sciences and management, second only to Harvard University.
