우송대학교The majors of business administration, hotel management, food service and culinary arts management, railway, multimedia design and game development at Woosong University rank among the top in South Korea, and have been supported by the Ministry of Education of South Korea for many times in a row. Among them, the culinary arts major ranks top in Asia (the only branch in Asia of Institut Paul Bocuse in France), and the business administration major ranks top in South Korea (the only AACSB-certified business administration major in South Korea that is taught in English). In 2012, Woosong University was awarded the title of "Advanced University of Industry-University Cooperation" by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of South Korea. At the same time, it successfully passed the certification and evaluation of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of South Korea on the enrollment and training of overseas students, and was certified as "Excellent University in Enrollment Management of International Students". So far, only 26 undergraduate universities in South Korea have passed this certification. In 2017, Woosong University was selected as "Advanced Unit for Improving Independent Innovation Ability of Universities" and "Advanced University for Internationalization Ability" by the Ministry of Education of South Korea. In 2018, Woosong University was awarded the "Excellent Overseas Partner Award" by the Service Center for Overseas Studies of the Ministry of Education of China. In 2019, Woosong University was selected as an excellent university in the "International Field" in the University News Network.
