In order to summarize and review the work implementation in 2017, show the achievements, share the honor, improve the deficiencies found in time, define the work direction for the next stage, and sprint for the strategic goal of "the national first-class application-oriented undergraduate college", our school held a grand 2017 year-end work conference in the gym on January 16, presided over by Professor Liu Jin, the executive vice president. The conference comprehensively and meticulously reviewed and summarized the implementation of the school's key work in 2017, systematically sorted out the future development direction of the school, and made clear the work objectives in 2018.
Chapter I Summary

In the work summary report, Zhang Lefang, the assistant principal, reviewed the completion of the school's annual performance around the annual strategic theme of "teacher orientation, collaborative innovation, and digital transformation". She summarized and demonstrated the highlights and achievements of the school's work in the past year in combination with the five strategic modules of quality, operation, reputation, organizational construction and management system, and informatization. In 2017, the school won the first place in the "Ranking List of China's Private Universities of Finance and Economics" for the fifth consecutive year, held the Education Branch of the Eurasian Economic Forum, successfully selected the first batch of excellent units in the national education informatization pilot, approved the first-class professional construction project in finance, approved the first-class professional cultivation project in software engineering, financial management and e-commerce, held the New Year's concert in Xi'an Concert Hall for the first time, and added 316 mu of land, It has laid a foundation for building a century old famous school.
In terms of quality strategy, the school has made phased achievements in international cooperation, specialty and curriculum construction, production and learning cooperation, student affairs, teacher development and quality assurance. The university has preliminarily completed the international development plan and clarified the direction of internationalization; Closely combined with the new trend of industry development, the construction objectives of four major professional groups were clarified; The dynamic adjustment mechanism of specialty has been established; The school quality system is preliminarily established.
In terms of business strategy, the main business of the school has been successfully completed, 231 social service projects have been completed throughout the year in the research and development of core products of industry, education and research, and two school level studios have achieved independent commercial operation; The participation of caring people, faculty and alumni has enriched the fund structure of the Foundation; The implementation of internal audit effectively prevented financial risks.
In terms of prestige strategy, the school's admission results in arts and science have reached the first place in the same kind of colleges and universities at the same time, and surpassed two independent colleges. The level and number of students who won prizes in competitions have been further improved.
In terms of organizational construction, the university has established a strategic planning system, comprehensively promoted the operation of the committee, piloted the operation of knowledge management, implemented employee succession plans, and innovated the working mode of party building and trade union.
In terms of informatization construction, the school has gradually realized the deep integration of informatization and education and teaching, actively carried out informatization research and services, and the informatization achievements have been recognized and promoted. It has gradually established a leading edge nationwide, providing the timeliness and accuracy of public data.

In order to further share the thinking and achievements in teaching, and show the teaching reform, innovative thinking and teachers' personal style of the branch, the conference specially invited Xie Tao, vice president of the School of Accounting, and Qian Jun, a teacher of the Eide Institute of Art and Design, to share their experience.

Later, focusing on the teaching work of "Colorology", Qian Jun shared his teaching practice experience from four aspects, including "teaching content, teaching methods, curriculum design, and curriculum quality management", with the theme of "1+N", through case display and other forms, and put forward four ideas on curriculum innovation and development, including "unique teaching philosophy, integration of contemporary art resources, integration of contemporary culture and science, and multiple links of courses", It shows the personal growth and teaching achievements of the branch in undertaking the basic course teaching work of the branch. Her speech was rich in form and novel in case, which won 6 warm applause from the faculty and staff.

In order to commend the advanced and share the honor and joy, the conference also commended the teams and individuals who made outstanding contributions in the annual work. Among them, the ICT industry talent quality teaching team won the best teaching team award, the best creative achievement award, the best internationalization promotion award, Zhou Hong and others won the best discipline (specialty) leader award, the best curriculum design award, the best classroom teaching award, the best production, education and research achievement award, the best information application award, the best innovation and entrepreneurship tutor award, and the best collaboration support award. In addition, 10 counselors including Liu Hongxun were recognized as "excellent counselors" in 2017.
What is different from the past is that the awards set up in this commendation break the boundaries of the organization. The participating groups are in the form of projects and teams. For the first time, the outstanding individuals selected cover all aspects of functions and teaching. The number of selected individuals is the highest in history. A total of 20 teams and 42 teachers have won honorary titles. This recognition is an affirmation of the work achievements of the award-winning groups and individuals, and also a strong proof of the fruitful achievements of the school in various work in the past year.
Chapter IV Plan

On the basis of strategic transformation and connotation development in the past decade, the school will face the future, deeply study and implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress, pay attention to reform and innovation in the new era and emerging fields, and open up a new situation of educational reform and development in the next decade; We will continue to adhere to the concept of "student-centered" education reform, and continue to promote the organizational change of "teacher oriented, collaborative innovation, and digital transformation" of the school with the goal of students' learning effectiveness and alumni 'career development.
