I. Xi'an Eurasia University was Elected as a Standing Director Organization of Global Alliance for Intelligent Education (GAIE)
From May 21 to 22, 2025, the 2025 Inaugural Meeting of Global Alliance for Intelligent Education (GAIE) was held at Zhejiang University. The meeting was guided by the International Centre for Higher Education Innovation (ICHEI) of UNESCO, hosted by the Information Technology Center of Zhejiang University and the College of Education of Zhejiang University, and attended by 56 universities within the United Nations. Xi'an Eurasia University was elected as a Standing Director Organization of GAIE.
Luo Zheng, Director of the Graphic Information Center of Xi'an Eurasia University, was invited to attend the conference and delivered a keynote report titled "Exploration and Application of AI in Education and Teaching."
II. The Graphic Information Center of Xi'an Eurasia University Was Elected as a Vice President Organization of the Private Undergraduate Institution Library Alliance
On May 15, the 1st Forum of Librarians of Private Undergraduate Institutions & Inaugural Meeting of the Private Undergraduate Institution Library Alliance was successfully held in Guangzhou. Guided by the Higher Education Institution Library Branch of the Library Society of China and the Steering Committee for Library and Information Work in Higher Education Institutions of Guangdong Province, this forum was hosted by Guangzhou College of Commerce. More than 160 representatives from all over China, including librarians and business backbones of private undergraduate institution libraries, industry experts, scholars, and media reporters, gathered together to contribute their wisdom and strength to the development of private undergraduate institution libraries.
Nine organizations, including Xi'an Eurasia University, Fuyao University of Science and Technology, Guangzhou College of Commerce, and Geely University of China, were elected as the Vice President Organizations. Luo Zheng, Director of the Graphic Information Center of Xi'an Eurasia University, was appointed as the "Vice President" of the alliance.
In the future, Xi'an Eurasia University will continue to give full play to its advantages in book informatization. Starting from the 15th Five-Year Plan and adhering to the concept of value-oriented education, it will strengthen cooperation with higher education institutions and organizations related to the alliance, continuously explore the application of AI technology in higher education, and constantly improve the service innovation ability and level of libraries. This initiative has injected strong impetus into the high-quality development of the university, and the university will share its unique experience and wisdom to advance higher education reform.
