  The meeting space within the Administrative Center integrates modern amenities and diverse functions, offering professional support for academic seminars, administrative meetings, and external exchanges.

  Both the East 1 Meeting Room and East 2 Meeting Room are fitted with intelligent multimedia systems and adjustable lighting, accommodating the needs of meetings and training sessions for approximately 30 attendees. The Bird's Nest Meeting Rooms (Meeting Rooms 2, 3, and 4) showcase an open and flexible design, each accommodating around 30 participants, ideal for creative brainstorming sessions. The Meeting Room 511 can host up to 120 attendees, catering to diverse event requirements.

  Additionally, both the East 2 Meeting Room and Meeting Room 511 feature modular table and chair arrangements, easily adaptable for roundtable discussions or salon-style settings, suiting various meeting formats.

  The South District Teaching Building includes 5 standardized classrooms: South A-208 and South A-301 can seat approximately 120 individuals each; South C-002 and South D-001, 172 each; and South D-112, 162. All classrooms feature intelligent multimedia systems, offering professional teaching and lecture spaces.

  The Multifunctional Lecture Hall (Room 16) at the Students Activity Center can seat 120 attendees. It is equipped with professional lighting and sound systems, along with movable modular tables and chairs. The adaptable space supports academic forums, lectures, workshops, and club events.

The North A-222 Panoramic Classroom, accommodating about 50 individuals, features an immersive circular screen and multifunctional equipment, enabling five teaching modes: live instruction, 360-degree real-world teaching, VR instruction, group sessions, and synchronous classes. It also serves as a versatile venue for academic forums and campus cultural activities.
