Pearson VUE Authorized Testing Center at the School of Information Engineering
The establishment of the Pearson VUE testing center at Eurasia brings world-class certification exams directly onto campus, allowing faculty and students to conveniently take high-value international certification exams without leaving the university. The center supports more than 100 globally recognized IT certifications, including Huawei, ZTE, Baidu, Cisco, Microsoft, Ericsson, IBM, Oracle, Amazon AWS, and Alibaba. This significantly reduces both time and financial costs associated with off-campus testing and creates a “fast track” from campus to industry employment, enabling students to obtain widely recognized professional credentials and enhance their employability.
In addition, the launch of this testing center will serve as an important platform for aligning teaching with industry standards and supporting regional talent development. The university will leverage this opportunity to further integrate high-quality resources and incorporate technical standards and certification systems from companies such as Huawei into relevant curricula, achieving seamless integration between academic education and professional certification. This will make classroom teaching more closely aligned with industry needs and enhance its practical value. The center will also be open to the public, providing efficient and professional testing services for IT practitioners and professionals in the surrounding region, thereby contributing to regional digital economy development and talent capability enhancement.
