The school of accounting of Xi'an Eurasia university was founded in 2000 as the department of business administration. As one of the primary second-class schools, the school of accounting focuses on cultivating students' practical ability and professional quality based on the concepts of "intelligent finance" and "digital transformation", industry co-construction, and enterprise employment standards, so that students can become international application-oriented talents. Also, the school is committed to becoming a national first-class intelligent financial application-oriented talent training base and practical research platform that is highly recognized by the industry and has a leading international level.

The school has three undergraduate majors, namely financial management, accounting and auditing with more than 2,000 students enrolled. From 2015 to now, the school has been approved as the first-class majors (financial management and accounting), university youth innovation team, specialized majors, comprehensive reform pilot majors, excellent teaching team, talent cultivation innovation experimental zone, virtual simulation experimental teaching center, experimental teaching demonstration center, student innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration base, virtual simulation experimental teaching project, virtual simulation experimental teaching center and many other provincial quality engineering projects in Shanxi province. Besides, the "Management Accounting" of the school was approved as a provincial "online and offline first-class course" and "Financial Shared Service Center Virtual Simulation" was approved as a provincial virtual simulation project in 2021.

The school attaches great importance to a cultural atmosphere for the international education environment. ACCA is one of the international projects that the school continues to focus on, which implements international education with international and domestic dual degrees. Teachers of the ACCA class teach the F1-F9 professional courses at the ACCA undergraduate level in Chinese and English with full English textbooks and students should take ACCA on-campus examinations and global unified examinations. In December 2019, ACCA global computer examination center was officially completed in the school of accounting. In April 2021, ACCA United Kingdom headquarters awarded the school "gold approved learning partner". In this way, Xi'an Eurasia university became the first private university in China to own the international certification. The approval of "ACCA global computer-based exam site" and "ACCA on-demand computer-based exam site" signifies that the ACCA teaching standards of the university have gotten the high recognition of the UK headquarter.

Through the cooperation with Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton, ShineWing, Xigema, Moore Global, Hua Decheng, ZTE, Kingdee, Easy Finance, Zhongdao Cai Shui Co., Ltd., Shanxi Qinchuan Machine Tool Group & Tool Group Co., Ltd, Caihong Group New Energy Co., Ltd. and other leading accounting firms and companies on professional co-construction, joint talent training, student internship and employment, and fiscal and taxation consulting services, the school has built a seamless platform between the traditional accounting education and contemporary cutting-edge accounting practice. Based on the core demands of BA, artificial intelligence, management accounting and other enterprise digital transformation tools, the school has cooperated with first-class enterprises such as Zhongxingxin Cloud Service Co., Ltd, SAP, Inspur, Kingdee, China West Airport Group and Baiwang to establish "the first Inspur shared service experience center in China", "Kingdee - Eurasia intelligent finance joint laboratory", "Kingdee ERP certification examination center (Xi'an)", "West Airport Group - Eurasia students innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration base ", "western experimental teaching center for blockchain accounting", "western digital taxation research center" and found studios with leading accountant (tax accountant) firms and other initiatives to cultivate students' data analysis ability, interpersonal understanding and decision-making ability by using modern information technology to jointly develop the special teaching integrated with practical teaching, social training, 1+X certificate, real production of enterprises and social technical services, the university and enterprises jointly cultivate high-level market shortage application talents, to meet students' overall growth and career development.

As a member unit/director unit of academic groups such as the Accounting Society of China, China Audit Society, China Institute of Internal Audit, China Business Accounting Institute, Shaanxi Accounting Society, Shaanxi Institute of Chief Accountants (Standing Director), Shaanxi Financial Cost Research Association (Vice President), and Accounting Society of Xi'an (Standing Director), as well as a member unit of the Financial Sharing Special Committee of The Innovation & Entrepreneurship Education Alliance of China, the executive director unit of the school enterprise alliance for the transformation and development of accounting education of China, the sponsor unit of the school enterprise alliance for new intelligent financial talents and other members of the industry education integration groups, the school of accounting integrates scientific research, talent training, academic exchanges, teaching reform and external services into one, continues to pay attention to the current situation and prospects of industry development and college talent training, and strives to improve the professional level of finance, accounting, tax and auditing talents.
