From September 28 to 29, the 4th CIO Shanghai Forum for Smart Universities, co-sponsored by the Shanghai Association of Higher Education, the CIO Informatization Committee of Smart Universities, and WRE Digital, was held in Shanghai. And Eurasia University won the Lingyun Award for "Smart Campus-Innovative University".
A shortlist for the "Lingyun Awards" of the CIO Forum for Smart Universities was selected by a review committee composed of professionals from various institutions such as industry education associations, media, consulting companies, and conference executive committees. After review and voting, the annual winner list was finally generated, and released and recommended to the industry and society through the activity platform and media.
With the theme of "Digital Twin and Integrated Development", the forum focused on hot topics such as smart campus, smart teaching, smart management, and smart scientific research, and shared the latest application scenarios of AI, big data, cloud computing, and information security in college education. It was known as the "wind vane" of the development trend of smart universities.
2022 is a year for our university to further promote digital transformation. We adhere to the problem orientation and direction guidance, focus on the core business and key nodes of talent cultivation, comprehensively carry out application construction and optimization, deeply promote data governance, push data integration and application across business fields, further improving teachers' and students' digital and smart experience. At the same time, we have established six research institutes, including the Digital Research Institute of Xi'an Eurasia University (a comprehensive research institution integrating consulting, training, product development, and other services), to further strengthen our school's external service capabilities. In the future, we will take digital transformation as an opportunity to break the original boundary and continuously expand the cooperation modes and channels inside and outside the university, and therefore, provide "Xi'an Eurasia University's model" for the construction of smart campuses and smart parks in China.
