
Introduction
Central Queensland University (CQU) is one of the most dynamic, innovative, and vibrant universities in Australia. It was established by the government in 1967 and is a member of Universities Australia. Rockhampton, where the main campus is located, is a safe and affordable city, situated close to the Great Barrier Reef. The university has campuses in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane to better accommodate international students. In 2014, CQU merged with CQ TAFE, combining more than 175 years of educational and training experience to create Queensland's first comprehensive dual degree university.
