
Introduction
City University Malaysia, established in 1984, was formerly known as City University College of Science and Technology. In 2016, it was officially upgraded to a comprehensive university with the approval of the Ministry of Higher Education and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA). The university is a full-time higher education institution in the country offering diploma, bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degree programs. It is accredited and recommended by the Embassy of China in Malaysia and the Ministry of Education of China. The university ranks among the top 10 universities in Malaysia in terms of academic level and scale. It is a five-star university with teaching quality. It is a partner university designated by the governments of Malaysia and China under the Belt and Road Initiative and enjoys special tuition subsidies. The school has two campuses in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru. There are more than 25,000 students in the Johor Bahru campus with an area of more than 17,000 mu. The Kuala Lumpur campus has more than 4,500 students; there are more than 5,000 distance education and part-time students, that is, a total of more than 35,000 students. Academic Requirements
Top-up program: Graduates from accounting or related majors with a CGPA of 2.50 or above, or with a basic/enrollment/Pre-University CGPA of 2.50, or an average score of over 70% for all three years (including both semesters each year) at Chinese high schools
Language Requirements
Top-up program: An overall TOEFL score of 550, an overall IELTS band score of 5.5, or equivalent
Junior college to master's degree program: No English score required

Bachelor of Accounting:
This program primarily trains graduates with specialized knowledge in accounting and finance, including taxation, auditing, and cost calculation, and is aimed at those pursuing careers in management and economics.
Bachelor of Business Administration: This program combines engineering theory and practice, business research, resource management, corporate leadership, and studies of emerging enterprises and SMEs.
Bachelor of Accounting and Finance: This program provides students with a comprehensive understanding of accounting and finance knowledge and skills, enabling both bachelor's and master's graduates to build a successful career in this field. After completing their studies, most students aspire to obtain the ACCA qualification. Upon completing this course, graduates will excel in fields such as e-commerce, business management, or banking and finance.
