ACCA Global reviews its "Gold Approved Learning Partners" every year. Only by meeting the requirements of various assessment indicators, can institutions pass the annual review and maintain the qualification of ACCA's "Gold Approved Learning Partners". In China, only seven universities have been recognized as ACCA's "Gold Approved Learning Partners". Among them, 6 are public first-tier universities, and Xi'an Eurasia University is the only "ACCA Gold Approved Learning Partner" among private universities in China. Xi'an Eurasia University is also the only "ACCA Gold Approved Learning Partner" among all universities that set up the ACCA Center in Northeast, Northwest and Southwest China.

Since the establishment of the ACCA Center of Xi'an Eurasia University's School of Accounting in September 2018, Professor Wu Xiaoguang, Director of the ACCA Center, has personally established the ACCA "management team", "teaching team" and "computer-based examination team" of Xi'an Eurasia University. The ACCA Center has become Xi'an Eurasia University's ACCA Global center offering both session and on-demand computer-based exams (CBEs). It is also the only ACCA center offering both session and on-demand CBEs in China's private universities.

Xi'an Eurasia University has been upgraded from "ACCA Silver Approved Learning Partner" to "ACCA Gold Approved Learning Partner". With the encouragement and help of Professor Liu Jin, President of Xi'an Eurasia University, and support and help of Associate Professor Wang Yan, Vice President of Xi'an Eurasia University, and Associate Professor Xie Tao, Dean of the School of Accounting of Xi'an Eurasia University, the ACCA Center has made great efforts to reform ACCA teaching and management of Xi'an Eurasia University. The ACCA Center has continuously improved the ACCA teaching system and management system according to the 12 performance appraisal indicators of "ACCA Gold Approved Learning Partner". In the "ACCA Gold Approved Learning Partner" annual review, it can meet the standards and pass the annual review. The ACCA Center has maintained the qualification of "ACCA Gold Approved Learning Partner" of Xi'an Eurasia University.

Among the universities that set up the ACCA Center in China, the ACCA Center of Xi'an Eurasia University has created a number of "unique records" in terms of teaching faculty, teaching system, teaching management and student affairs services. The ACCA Center has also trained Xi'an Eurasia University's ACCA teachers to teach ACCA courses. It has continuously promoted the implementation of Xi'an Eurasia University's strategy of "local internationalization". In the 2023 ACCA Global United Exam Season, the global exam pass rates of the BT (Business and Technology) course, which was lectured by a senior ACCA member Australian foreign teacher, with Luo Manshan as the teaching assistant, MA (Management Accounting) course lectured by Luo Manshan, and BT and MA courses of students of Xi'an Eurasia University's ACCA Center exceed the assessment standard of "ACCA Gold Approved Learning Partner". In the FR (Financial Reporting) course lectured by a senior ACCA member British foreign teacher and the LW (Corporate and Business Law) course lectured by an associate professor graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University with a doctoral degree, Zhang Chaojie served as a teaching assistant for the FR and LW courses respectively. The global exam pass rates of FR and LW courses for students of Xi'an Eurasia University's ACCA Center far exceed the "ACCA Gold Approved Learning Partner" assessment standard.

At the beginning of January, the ACCA Center received an assessment notice on the "ACCA Gold Approved Learning Partner" annual review from the UK headquarters of ACCA. Under the guidance of Professor Wu Xiaoguang, Director of the ACCA Center, Wu Xiaoguang, Zhang Chaojie and Luo Manshan cooperated to complete the answers to 15 online form-filling questions for ACCA annual review and submitted evidence attachments for relevant questions. Within the time specified by the UK headquarters of ACCA, all relevant materials of assessment for ACCA annual review have been uploaded online. After nearly one month of review of the UK headquarters of ACCA, the ACCA Center received a notice from the UK headquarters of ACCA today, stating that Xi'an Eurasia University's ACCA Center successfully passed the 2023 annual review assessment of the UK headquarters of ACCA.

Xi'an Eurasia University's ACCA Center has been awarded the "ACCA Gold Approved Learning Partner" qualification for four consecutive years. This marks that Xi'an Eurasia University's ACCA teaching quality and management level, the global exam pass rate of students, all-round student affairs services and teaching software and hardware met the global unified assessment standards for teaching and management of "ACCA Gold Approved Learning Partner" promulgated by the UK headquarters of ACCA.

The ACCA Center will continue to maintain direct dialogue with the UK headquarters of ACCA and seamless connection with the Beijing Office of ACCA.
